A Kawasaki ZD130 Robot palletising buddles of tiles. This application had two pallet build areas to allow the robot to continue to build one pallet while the other pallet was being removed by a fork lift. This prevented any stopages on the line.

The gripper from the application above. This gripper was purpose built to allow the bundles of tiles to be packed as closely as possible to each other (3mm). The brass mounting flange also allowed the gripper to move in the z direction to allow for excess tiles in the bundle.
