A Kawasaki FS02 and a Toshiba SR-424HSP during
construction of a purpose-built machine. This machine assembles two or four bottles,
then bands them together. |

A Kawasaki FS20 Robot de-palletising 5 litre
bottles and placing them onto a conveyor. |
 |
A Kawasaki FS06 Robot designed to pick three
bottles at a time and place them into a jig. |
 |
The same Kawasaki FS06, picking the three bottles. |

A robot gripper. |

A Kawasaki ZD130 Robot palletising buddles of
tiles. This application had two pallet build areas to allow the robot to
continue to build one pallet while the other pallet was being removed by
a fork lift. This prevented any stopages on the line. |
 |
The same Kawasaki ZD130 Robot application, placing the last bundle of tiles on the pallet. |
 |
The gripper from the application above. This
gripper was purpose built to allow the bundles of tiles to be packed as
closely as possible to each other (3mm). The brass mounting flange also
allowed the gripper to move in the z direction to allow for excess tiles
in the bundle. |
